The Pack at Oakland Museum of California

I collaborated with Ben Vance (Buffalo Vision, Skulls of the Shogun, Irrational Exuberance), and artist Rob Sato to create a mini-game/experience for the Oakland Museum of California's new show, SUPERAWESOME.

I created a surreal soundscape for this game experience, with a soundscape that's musical (in a Musique concrète kind of way) and communicative for the player. You may have to ask the staff to turn the volume up a bit...

The game is housed in a custom cabinet, made for the show, and runs from April - July 2014. It's a celebration of magazine Giant Robot and their contribution to Asian-American art. We hope to show the game experience elsewhere, but you can visit the museum sometime this summer to check out the game and this wonderful show.
